NEW DANCE
FOUNDATION
for the ARTS, Inc.
New Dance Foundation for the Arts, Inc. (NDFA), founded in 2013, is dedicated to the promulgation of modern concert dance as a viable 21st-century art form. In pursuit of this intention NDFA facilitates such outreach programming as educational activities and concert dance performances as well as other artistic programming related to this mission. Resulting, NDFA hopes to elevate artistic awareness, enrichment, and enjoyment of dance as an art form through advancing opportunities for everyone who can benefit from the arts.

Since 2013 NDFA has co-sponsored, with Summerlin Library Performing Arts Center, the Las Vegas Dance In The Desert Festival. The Festival, which began at CSN in 1999, has been a much anticipated annual event. In those 25 years over 150 dance companies, performance artists, and choreographers as well as hundreds of dancers have delighted audiences with the breathtaking beauty of DANCE as an art form. Companies have participated from throughout the United States, as well as performers from Mexico, Canada, Russia, India, Korea, and more.
