One of the unique aspects of our Festival is that each of our three performances is different! Pieces are not repeated! If you would like to be in each of the shows, please submit three different pieces!
HOW TO APPLY – APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AS THEY ARE RECEIVED:
APPLICATION DEADLINE – Friday May 24, 2024 but as soon as possible is recommended! Applications will be reviewed, and responded to, as they are received. We will be limited by the length of time in each show.
1. $25.00 APPLICATION FEE marked ‘DITD 2024’ through Venmo to @Leslie-Roth-2. If you need the last 4 digits of my phone number, they are 5973. If you do not have a Venmo account and do not wish to create one, please contact me at [email protected] (The $75 participation contribution will be requested after acceptance into the Festival.)
2. COMPANY AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR NAME OR ARTIST NAME for solo applications
3. CONTACT INFORMATION – cell phone, email, and physical address
4. INFORMATION FOR EACH PIECE(S) you wish to submit:
PLEASE NOTE: This information will be used to decide acceptance and program order, and if accepted there will be an additional program information sheet you will need to complete. We understand that will be a repetition of much of this information and also know that it is the most efficient process for our program designers and we thank you ahead of time for this!
a. Name of piece
b. Choreographer
c. Music/composer
d. Number of dancers
e. Length of piece
f. Costume description
g. BRIEF description of each piece – any additional program notes will be asked for later on the program information form.
h. On which show you would like the piece to be performed if you have a preference.
5. VIDEO SUBMISSIONS – please attach a video of each piece to be reviewed. If you are submitting new work, rehearsal video may be submitted. There are 3 separate submission forms for video and the file size limit for each separate video file is 100 MB. For files larger than 100MB please contact Video Upload Help
